  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

    US & Canadian customers will receive tracking information as soon as the order is packaged. Packages are prepared for shipping each weekend. Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive order confirmation or fulfilment emails as they are sent out from an automated system. Order containing only stickers (falling in $3 shipping) do not qualify for and will not have tracking information included in the fulfillment email.

  • How long will my order take?

    We will do everything on our end to package and ship orders out in a timely manner; however, due to Covid, shipping carriers currently will not guarantee delivery times. Typically, packages should arrive within a 3-4 week period for regular tracked packages. Please only contact us if you have not received your package within 4 weeks of ordering. If your order is going to a country outside of Canada and the US, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

  • What happens if my package is lost?

    The most common reason packages are late or lost is due to incorrect addresses typed in by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when you type it in on our website as our shipping system is automated and uses that address. If the address is incorrect, the customer will have to pay shipping again once returned to us. If a package is lost, the postal service will have an investigation number issued; it will typically take 10 days to complete the investigation - once it is determined lost, a new package will be sent out at our cost (this is a rare occurrence).

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Yes, there is a minimum $5 cancellation fee due to Point-of-sale sevices not refunding fees. For larger orders, the actual fees we incurred will be deducted (3-5% of order). If a shipping label has already been created, chances are the parcel has been dropped off at the post office already and the return policy will take affect.

  • Can items be returned?

    Items can only be returned if the product is unused and in new condition. The customer will have to pay for shipping (with tracking) to return the product. Once the product is received and confirmed to be in new and unused condition, we can process the refund less shipping, transaction fees, and 10% restocking fees.
